What You'll Need:

100g river mint

500g basil

1g of Australian garlic

125ml of infused olive oil (Infusion Recipe Here)

100g capers

130ml red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper
Steps:
- Wash river mint, parsley, basil in ice bath
- Drain dry then place all products in blender blend till all products are broken down
- Salt and pepper to adjust flavour
- Add more oil to adjust flavour place in fridge over night
