1.1 We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.

2.1 Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2.2 During high volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales events), order processing times may be extended. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
3.1 Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3.2 We offer a national wide standard shipping option to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days to Eastern Australia
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 10-16 business days to Western Australia
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days to New Zealand.
3.3 Delivery estimates are provided based on the shipping option selected and are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

4.1 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

8.1 NOIDS AU is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
8.2 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

9.1 If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we are not responsible for non-delivery. Please ensure your address details are accurate before placing your order.
