Get ready to enjoy two cups of delicious infused vanilla whipped cream! Customise this basic recipe with your favourite mix-ins.

What You'll Need:

  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • A hand or standing mixer
  • 3.5 tbsp of infused sugar
    or
  • 0.05g - 0.5g of FECO (50mg - 500mg)
    & 2 tbsp of powdered sugar
    or
  • 2.5g - 10g of Decarboxylated herb
    & 2 tbsp of powdered sugar

Infusing the Cream:

Method 1

Add 2/3 of 1 cup of whipping cream and the decarboxylated herb to the NODIS cooker and use the infuse function, stir every 25 - 30min. Once complete, filter the mixture using the NOIDS filter attachment and discard the herbal material. Combine the mixture with the remaining ingredients and place into a large mixing bowl, and mix for a few minutes then cover in an air tight container and place into the fridge over night. 

Method 2

Add the FECO to the cream while its warm or at room temperature along with the sugar, into a large bowl, using a hand or machine mixer for a few minutes to combine the ingredients then cover in an air tight container and place into the fridge over night. 

Method 3

Combine the infused Sugar and Cream into a large mixing bowl. Mix with a hand or machine mixer for a few minutes, insuring the sugar has been broken up and combine well with the cream. 

Whipping the Cream:

Remove the infused cream from the fridge. Pour your desired amount into a separate chilled bowl, use a mixer to whip the herb-infused cream until firm peaks form. Serve while cold.
